Every great brand hits a point where the old words stop working.
Where the website feels off, the captions start sounding flat (or just factual), and you find yourself settling for “it’ll do” even though you know you’re capable (and deserving) of more. That isn’t failure, it’s simply a sign you’ve outgrown this iteration of your brand.
You’ve evolved. Your work has matured. Your ambition has intensified.
My role as a brand strategist and wedding industry copywriter is part excavation, part evolution. The words are the outcome (of course), but the real shift is the alignment you feel when your brand finally sounds like you.
No. o1
Culturally attuned. Quietly confident. Led with intent. This is a new standard for brands ready for fresh energy and more meaningful work. Here, you’ll be supported, lightly challenged, and always taken seriously.
No. o2
I work from the inside out; getting to the core of what you do and why it matters, so your work can be seen and valued properly. In a hyper-connected, content-saturated world, this is about staying grounded in your own voice and making language one of the most considered investments your business makes.
No. o3
I work with wedding industry entrepreneurs who care deeply about their work and are ready to align who they are with how they sound.
I bring the same passion I’d give my own business, and when we work together, I’m in your corner for the long haul.

That time on the ground gave me an interesting insight: I saw how couples choose, how suppliers sell, and how brands either connect… or miss the mark entirely.
When I returned to my first love – writing – I realised I could bring together everything I’d learned about branding, marketing, sales, and design into something the wedding industry really needed: a strategic, human approach to words and marketing.
Today, I work exclusively with wedding professionals who, like me, know this industry inside out but feel the friction every time they sit down to write. People who are brilliant at what they do, yet struggle to articulate it. People who need copy and a brand voice that feels unmistakably theirs, and messaging that lights them up from the inside out.
Outside of work, I’m usually stomping around the Peak District with my dogs, researching my next trip, trying a new restaurant, or discussing the virtues of good butter and Jamie Dornan (not together!) with anyone who’ll listen.
A LOOK INSIDE MY LIFE.
Still here? Great! If we’re going to work together, we’ll dig into your brand via my signature Brand Discovery Questionnaire, so here’s a little sneak peek… plus my answers to some of the big questions.
What are you building? And why?
A business that champions entrepreneurs and helps them articulate what makes them different, not just so they book more clients, but so they feel proud of the work they put out into the world.
What are you passionate about as a human, and how does that relate to your business?
Kindness, creativity, and staying in your lane; about doing good work, with good people, for good reasons. I care about collaboration over competition, about building a sense of community, and about businesses that operate with integrity.
What do you admire about your clients/couples, and what do you have in common?
My clients are ambitious and creative; founders who care deeply about their work and serving their own clients. They’re discerning and intentional, but they don’t take themselves too seriously. There's never any pretence or performative behaviour, just super talented people doing what they do best, and I work hard to do the same.
What needs changing in your industry?
The noise. The sameness. The competitiveness and comparison-itis that keep talented people (you!) second-guessing themselves. There are too many businesses blending in instead of standing out, and too much copy that sounds like it came straight from free AI (yep, I said it).
What's the alternative to not working with you?
To be frank, spending another six months tweaking and second-guessing your copy. Another season of holding back your marketing (and therefore missing out on bookings), and still feeling like your words don’t fit.
What do you hope someone would say about your brand when you’re not in the room?
This is genuine client feedback; it doesn’t get better than this: Caitlin is my actual word/copy angel!!!! An absolute dream to work with, totally held my hand when I was super nervous about the project, 100% understood me, my work, my passions, and where I want it to grow. Ultimately, she completely got what my business is, and got the tone of voice I wanted spot on - she is beyond talented! She has also been so supportive and a cheerleader for my work!!
